Site work, paving and new construction of an industrial development in Salisbury, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.

The work includes all material and labor necessary to construct a road into the northeast section of the Mutton Road property (Tax Map 244, Lot 17.1); perform site work for a sand and salt shed including paving; provide electric service to a pedestal with 6 poles; install a 400 Amp meter and pedestal including underground power; install a 50 Amp panel on the sand and salt shed with lighting; and provide all required concrete, material, and labor. The successful vendor will be required to submit a certificate of insurance showing minimum liability limits of $1,000,000 and the types of insurance coverage held. All sealed bids must be received by the specified deadline and may be submitted via email or hand delivery/mail, clearly marked for the sand and salt storage shed. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs. The sheds design specifications can be viewed on the Town's website or requested directly from the Town Administrator.
