The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay 1.95 Miles of Various City Streets in Garner, 2.25 Miles of Various City Streets in Judsonia, and 2.12 Miles of Various City Streets in Kensett in White County. This Project Consists of Aggregate Base Course, Reconstructed Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, Reflectorized Paint Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Length: 6.32 miles in length. The deadline to submit a question is the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date. A question submitted after the close of business on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date may not receive a response. These contracts are subject to normal prequalification, licensing and bonding requirements, applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other Federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938.
