Construction of a new administration building, site improvements, bus canopy, and bus parking at approximately Wall Avenue at 18th Street in Ogden Utah Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Construct the bus parking and canopy area as the first phase of the project. When the bus parking is completed and ready to use, demolish the necessary existing bus parking and construct the administration building with adjacent employee parking, utilities, landscaping and other site improvements according to the plans and specifications. UTA is working on building permit approval. The plans have been turned into Ogden City and comments are anticipated early next year. UTA is planning to address those comments in an addendum to this RFP. UTA anticipates obtaining the building permit on or before the construction start date. The contractor will be responsible to provide any information required from the City for the permit and to abide by the terms of the permit.
