Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Columbia, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
For the following: Bridge 92-00051, CR S 300 E over the Eel River, Bridge Replacement Contractor shall attach a copy of a Valid Certification of Qualification for Public Works Projects per IC 4 13.6-4 or IC 8-23-10 as Applicable. Only materials approved as conforming to the requirements of these specifications shall be used in the work. Approval of any source shall not constitute acceptance of all materials from that source, and upon discretionary testing by the Director or Engineer, materials not meeting the requirements of these specifications shall be rejected and replaced, if necessary. The work called for under these specifications shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, appurtenances, and means of conveyance of all materials and/or equipment necessary for completion of a bridge replacement in Union Township on CR S 300 E over the Eel River. All plans, specifications, documents, and the Notice to Bidders, provided with the bid package, and including the applicable sections of the 2022 INDOT Standard Specifications with supplements effective for lettings on or after September 1, 2025 are made a part of these specifications and will govern in resolving all disputes, including failure to complete on time
