Description

Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Doniphan, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 800-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

The City of Doniphan is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a new salt and sand storage building on the site of the current building. The general specifications include constructing a sand and salt storage building approximately 20'x40'; a sand and salt storage area 14'x20' with 8' concrete walls and a sliding access door; a center open storage area 14'x20' with 8' chain link lockable gates; and a closed storage area 12'x20' with an 8'x10' garage door and a 36" side entry door with heavy duty shelves. Bidders are instructed to pick up the bid package, which includes building specifications and requirements, at Doniphan City Hall. An onsite inspection of the current building and meeting with the Public Works Director is required before submitting a bid.
