2026 Building Renovations for Glenbrook High School District #225. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Contractors must pay Prevailing Wage Rates according to Illinois Law and submit one copy of an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification Statement. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the work, and bidders must contact the Construction Manager before attending. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive irregularities, or accept the Bid that serves its best interest. Bidders must have a written sexual harassment policy compliant with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. The awarding of contracts promotes the utilization of diversified businesses to the maximum extent feasible.
