A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Landers Convention Center Expansion - Bid Package 05 P – Fire Suppression, located at Landers Center, 4560 Venture Drive, Southaven, MS 38671. Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the fire suppression system for the building. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid. Submit the bid on the provided form, in duplicate, and include a flash drive with the bid documents for hand-delivered packages. Bids must be irrevocable for 60 calendar days after submission. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder. All bidders must be properly licensed and comply with the relevant sections of Mississippi Code and the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, including necessary Certificates of Responsibility for both prime and subcontractors. Refer to Section 00 2113 for further bidding requirements.
