Landers Convention Center Expansion includes Bid Package 07 A - Landscaping and Irrigation, Bid Package 07 B - Site Lighting, and Bid Package 07 C - Concrete. Located at Landers Center, 4560 Venture Drive, Southaven, MS 38671. Sealed bids are requested for construction of the specified packages. Official bidding documents must be obtained from the specified procurement websites. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for 5% of the Base Bid is required. Submit the bid on the provided Bid Form, in duplicate, including a flash drive with the bid documents for hand-delivered packages. Bids must be irrevocable for 60 calendar days after submission.
