Completed plans call for the renovation of a 920-square-foot municipal facility; for the addition of a 580-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a 5,050-square-foot municipal facility; and for the construction of a 17,800-square-foot municipal facility.

Construct Additions and Buildings; Interior and HVAC Improvements PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1. Divernon Maintenance Facility - General work includes a new approximately 4800 square foot, pre-engineered wood structure, metal clad building on an existing field site with overhead doors with operators, walk-in doors, exterior & interior lighting, concrete floor, concrete aprons, insulation, bollards, gutters and downspouts and all associated site, concrete, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing work. 2. Bureau of Research, Operations - General work includes a new approximately 7,600 square foot pre-engineered wood structure, metal clad building on an existing field site. This building will include heated truck storage to include overhead doors & operators; walk in doors & windows; interior & exterior lighting; concrete floors & aprons; insulation; bollards; gutters & downspouts; finishes acoustical ceilings; epoxy & rubber tile flooring; as well as all associated site, concrete, electrical, HVAC, fire protection & plumbing work. 3. Petersburg Equipment Storage/Office Building - General work includes a new approximate 4800 square foot heated truck storage addition and repair area consisting of a pre-engineered metal structure, metal clad building with overhead doors & operators; interior & exterior lighting; concrete floors & aprons; insulation; bollards; gutters & downspouts; finishes acoustical ceilings; epoxy & rubber tile flooring; as well as all associated site, concrete, electrical, HVAC, fire protection & plumbing work. Renovate and add onto existing 920 square foot of office, expanding to approx. 1500 square foot to include finished acoustical ceilings; epoxy & rubber tile flooring; as well as all associated site, concrete, electrical, HVAC, fire protection & plumbing work. Repair existing building exterior for new paint & new overhead doors. Repair soffits, gutters & downspouts. Provide new septic system. 4. Springfield West Operations Equipment Building - Demolish existing approx. 3300 square foot interior spaces & construct, new spaces. to include break room, locker room, conference room, restrooms, kitchenette, & offices to include interior gypsum ceilings, gypsum walls w/ metal studs, acoustical ceiling clouds, epoxy & rubber tile flooring, interior lighting & all associated HVAC, electrical, lighting & fire protection. 5. Day Labor Office/Maintenance Unit B - General work includes demolish existing approx. 400 square foot interior spaces & construct new approx. 600 square foot space to include break room with kitchenette & restrooms, new gypsum ceilings, new windows, new exterior exit, to include concrete patching, HVAC, lighting, epoxy flooring, eyewash & all other electrical, plumbing & fire protection
