Sealed bids are invited for project number D079ME titled Hillside Countertop Refinishing. All work under this contract must be completed within 200 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Instructions to bidders include: - Bidding and contract documents can be viewed and ordered at www.nyplanroom.com. - Prospective bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, regardless of whether documents were viewed elsewhere. - The designated website will provide all official notifications, addenda, plan holder lists, and reports. The owner and engineer are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources. - Electronic copies of documents are available for download after purchase. For questions or printed copies, contact Dataflow at bidsupport@godataflow.com or 607-772-2001. - Bids must be submitted in duplicate and follow the instructions in the Information for Bidders. Bid security of not less than five percent of the total bid is required. - A deposit of $49.00 is required for documents, which is nonrefundable if under $50.00, but waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. - Communication restrictions per State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k apply during the procurement process.
