Contractor is to supply all labor and equipment needed for project. All square footage and measurements will be contractors responsibility at site visit walk through. Contractor to demo loading dock and stairs completely. Contractor to remove wooden ramp to compactor. Contractor is responsible for removing demo material off campus. Contractor responsible for hiring underground utility location and marking company. Facility will provide site utility maps and allow access for tracing and marking. NYS 811 Dig safe will not respond and or mark this campus. New footer to be installed where old loading dock and wooden ramp sat. Rebar to be installed #5-5\8. Install concrete 4500 PSI with Fiber. All concrete to be sloped away from the building. Brushed finished for top of Loading dock, stairs and ramp. Side of the loading dock to be brushed finished. Contractor to core drill and install powder coated handrail. Apply cure and seal concrete sealer on the new concrete. Contractor responsible for mounting new bumpers and steel plate for vehicles. Install asphalt at the base of the new dock addition. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions, and follow industry best practices. One Year Warranty on all work and materials. OMH hereby establishes an overall goal of 6% for SDVOB participation, based on the current availability of qualified SDVOBs.
