The Greater Binghamton Health Center is seeking a qualified vendor to perform Catch Basin Repairs at its facility located at 425 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904. There is a mandatory site visit scheduled, and interested bidders are required to sign in at Building 54 of the above address. No one will be admitted to the site visit after the specified time. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted as per the provided instructions. Bids are due by the stated deadline, and no late bids will be accepted. The contract includes goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation (6%), as well as Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals (MBE: 16%, WBE: 14%). Only the designated sole point of contact should be contacted during the restricted period of communication as dictated by the Procurement Lobbying Act. No enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years. Scope of Work Contractor is to supply all labor and equipment needed for project. All square footage and measurements will be contractors responsibility at site visit walk through. Contractor responsible for hiring underground utility location and marking company. Facility will provide site utility maps and allow access for tracing and marking. NYS 811 Dig safe will not respond and or mark this campus. Contractor to saw cut around catch basin. Contractor to excavate around the catch basin to expose bricks and structure going down 5 feet. Remove broken bricks. Contractor is responsible for removing construction material off campus. Contractor to install new precast concrete catch basin. Tie in with mortar reinstall the frame and grate. Pour Concrete around drain and broom finish. Install new asphalt that was disturbed from excavation and replacement of catch basin. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturers instructions, and follow industry best practices. One Year Warranty on all work and materials.
