Work consists of remodeling of multiple park shelter restrooms for accessibility. Project Locations: Linwood Park, 401 N. Douglas Street, Lions Park, 1920 S. Matthias Street, and Peabody Park, 601 N. Green Bay Road, Appleton, WI. Bidder will be required to have Performance Bond/Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. Cost of Bond shall be included in Bid.
