To furnish mowing services and options for additional landscaping services for schools and administrative sites in Guilford County Schools for the period March 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP and any addenda issued. All bidders must have the proper license as required under North Carolina laws. The contract may be funded with federal funds, requiring compliance with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements, and the terms and conditions of the funding award. Contractors are also responsible for compliance with state law and local ordinances. Vendors must obtain and comply with all addenda and changes related to this RFP, and conduct thorough site inspections of all areas designated for mowing and landscaping before submitting bids to ensure accurate proposals. Guilford County Schools may require a list of references from other districts or similar agencies where similar services have been provided. Each vendor shall furnish a certificate of insurance showing workers’ compensation and public liability insurance, with all insurance carriers licensed or approved to do business in North Carolina. The certificate must include a provision stating that policies cannot be altered or canceled without ten days written notice to the Guilford County Board of Education.
