Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Lake Wales, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,734-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for the addition of a fire / police facility.
The project includes the following scopes of work: Sitework/Paving/Utilities, Fencing, Landscaping, Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Wood Trusses, Millwork, Insulation, Metal Roofing/Gutters, Doors and Hardware, Ballistic Doors and Windows, Overhead Doors, Aluminum Storefronts, Windows, Framing/Drywall, Stucco, Floor Covering, Epoxy Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Toilet Partitions/Accessories, Ballistic Fiberglass Panels, Signage, Window Treatments, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical/Fire Alarm/Low Voltage. All proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form. SEMCO Construction, Inc. encourages minority and women business enterprise bids and, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, all Bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex or national origin in consideration for award.
