**As of February 24, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** As of January 07, 2026 , project will be rebid. Project will be on January 28th. The City is seeking a qualified contractor to evaluate and correct areas of deterioration and damage within and around City Hall. The work includes interior structural repairs, roofing and moisture mitigation, flooring restoration, and exterior maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Interior work includes remediation of a deteriorating concrete wall surrounding an interior window, repair or replacement of the affected window and seal, and removal and refinishing of damaged wall surfaces. The project also includes inspection of the roof area above the damaged interior location and performing any necessary roof repairs to prevent future water intrusion. Additionally, the contractor will repair a buckling section of flooring in the main hallway. Contractors are also asked to provide a separate provisional price for full replacement of hallway flooring to allow the City to evaluate a uniform replacement option. Exterior work includes professional painting and cosmetic refresh of the front facade of City Hall. Looking for contractors to evaluate and correct areas of deterioration and damage within City Hall.
