Target replacement window is three days per unit to be operable and under manual control after removal from service. Extended workdays beyond the typical 8-hour day will be allowed for the AHU replacement days. The outage days shall be coordinated with the site and may not include unsuitable weather forecasts. No additional compensation will be available for failure to adequately budget crane services to meet these requirements. If the Contractor submits a Request for Information on an activity within five (5) working days or less of float on the current project schedule, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any time extension due to the time it takes the Engineer, on behalf of the Owner, to respond to the request provided that the Engineer responds within the five (5) working days set forth above.
