**4/9/26: At this time the city of Elephant Butte would like to formally notify all bidders that all bids have been rejected. The decision was based on a funding shortfall and the inability to negotiate contract prices. There are full intentions to re-bid this project with a reduced scope of work. **As of March 23rd, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project consists of new storage tanks, pump station, fire hydrant, waterline, storm drain, and clearing and grubbing of the existing site. Question Deadline 01/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. The Bidding Documents may be examined at 103 Water Avenue, Elephant Butte, NM 87935. Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be requested by emailing bids@aeengineering.co. Bidders requesting emails will receive notifications of changes and addenda related to this project.
