Sealed bids are requested for the supply of chemicals for the Department of Public Works, Water and Sewer Division. The chemicals required are Poly-dadmac, Sludge Dewatering Polymer, Poly Aluminum Chloride, Coagulating Blend, and Sodium Thiosulfate. Bids must be delivered electronically via Central Bidding or by hand to the Department of Public Works at 1125 East St. Bernard Highway, Chalmette, Louisiana, during normal business hours no later than 2:00 p.m. on the specified bid date. Bids submitted to any other location or room number prior to the deadline will not be considered. Specifications may be obtained from the Department of Public Works. Bids may also be viewed and submitted online at the provided website. Small and minority-owned firms and women’s business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
