Sealed bids, in triplicate, are requested for the Portage West Middle School Generator Project Bid Package 1, Portage Public Schools. Bids must be submitted according to specified procedures and received before the submission deadline. Bidders must be reputable, recognized organizations with at least five years of successful experience on similar projects, possess required licenses, and have sufficient financial resources for the magnitude of the work. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid security or bond of not less than 5% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to provide Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000 from a surety company rated A- or better. Site inspection is facilitated by a virtual pre-bid meeting. Bid documents are available for review at designated locations. Faxed, emailed, or electronically uploaded bids are not accepted.
