A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Water Treatment System Improvements For The Village Of Fredericksburg Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of Water Treatment System Improvements for the Village of Fredericksburg. The work includes furnishing all materials and labor for improvements to the Village water treatment system, such as new well pumps, piping, plumbing, and electrical work to install a new pressure filter system. Bidders must purchase Contract Documents, register with Engineering Associates, Inc., and provide a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security must be issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio. Each proposal must list all interested parties and provide evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123. This procurement encourages the participation of small businesses in rural areas and requires compliance with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Davis Bacon Act. The Council of Village of Fredericksburg reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities, or accept any Bid deemed favorable.
