The Department of Health Services, Division of Care and Treatment Services, Winnebago Mental Health Institute is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide air compressor/air dryer inspection, maintenance and/or repair. These services may not exceed $50,000.00 in total. No guarantee is made to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum contract price during the term of the contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services will be disqualified. Bidders are recommended to visit the job site prior to submitting a bid to fully understand all project requirements. No additional charges will be allowed due to lack of information or misunderstanding if the bidder does not attend the site visit. During the site visit, individuals must sign a document acknowledging attendance and will be escorted by facility staff. Questions concerning the bid should be submitted using the specified options. Bid submissions should be made through the eSupplier System. Vendors must submit a unit price for each specified category, and prices must be all-inclusive (labor, materials, and shipping). Any alteration of the Bidder Sheet or failure to complete and submit it as instructed may result in disqualification. If all bids exceed $50,000.00, the solicitation will be canceled. Minority and disabled veteran owned business preferences are noted if certified by the Wisconsin Supplier Diversity Program.
