Completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct a parking structure addition. The work includes construction of a two-level vertical expansion of the existing parking ramp, installation of a new stair and elevator tower, improvements to adjacent grounds, repairs and restoration of the existing parking structure, and provision of contractor-provided off-campus construction impact parking. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and supporting attachments included in the solicitation package. The project scope reflects the application of deducts #1 through #9 prior to proposal submission, and offers must account for these scope reductions. Deduct #10 has not been applied and requires alternate pricing to either retain or remove this element from the project scope.
