Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The work consists of improvements to the HVAC system, including but not limited to replacement of VAV boxes, boilers, controls, and equipment, in an existing office building located at 105 25th Street North in Fargo, ND. The work will also include commissioning, structural steel, ceilings, and minor roofing modifications. Background checks will be required for all personnel working on the project. The project must be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2026, and complete and ready for final payment in accordance with the contract documents by October 14, 2026. Including but Not Limited to the Acknowledgement by the Bidder of Receipt of All Project Addenda and the Submission of a Bidder's Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Full Amount of the Bid Executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, Conditioned That if the Principal's Bid is Accepted and the Contract Awarded to the Principal, the Principal, Within 10 Days After Notice of Award, Shall Execute a Contract in Accordance With the Terms of the Bid and the Bid Bond as Required by Law and the Regulations and Determinations of the Governing Body. Countersignature of a Bid Bond is Not Required Under This Section. All Bidders, Unless Excepted by N.d. Century Code Section 43-07-08, Must Be Licensed for the Full Amount of the Bid, as Required by N. D. Cent. Code Section 43-07-07. Bidder Must Be the Holder of a Contractor's License at Least Ten Days Before the Date Set for Receiving Bids to Be a Qualified Bidder and a Copy of the Contractor's License Issued by the Secretary of State Must Be Included in the Online Bid Submission as Required Under N.
