The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Roof – Miller Campus Center project at the State University of New York College of Technology at Canton. The work includes full removal and replacement of the roof, skylights, and rooftop mechanical equipment for the Miller Campus Center, a three-story building with a roof area of approximately 44,000 square feet. The new roofing system must comply with current energy codes and any hazardous materials encountered must be abated. Consultants must register for this procurement opportunity on the designated website, after which they will receive the applicable Request for Qualifications and a link to upload their submission. SOQs must be submitted in the prescribed format using the provided link and by the specified due date. Paper or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Consultants must adhere strictly to the instructions for registration, submission, and communication as outlined.
