Bids must be sealed and submitted to the CSB office at 208 26th Street W, Charleston, WV 25387 by 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., on January 27, 2026. Incomplete bids or those not prepared and submitted according to the specified provisions may be rejected. Bids can be withdrawn prior to the opening if a written request is provided, but not after the opening. Late bids will not be opened. No conditional bids will be accepted.
