Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The Department of Administration, General Services Division to establish a contract for the removal and replacement of three (3) AHU units at the Governor's Mansion located on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305. Bidders are required to follow all bid requirements, specifications, and terms and conditions provided. Fixed Period Contract: This Contract becomes effective upon Vendor receipt of the notice to proceed and must be completed within 30 days. To remove and replace 3 existing AHU units at Building 8 (Governor's Mansion) Question Deadline 02/24/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Vendors may submit questions relating to this Solicitation to the Purchasing Division.
