Bidders must supply all materials and perform all services as specified in the solicitation documents. They must accept and comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the solicitation. All shipping, handling, and delivery costs for materials must be included in the bid price to ensure that the total cost reflects full delivery to the designated location. Delivery must be made using a flatbed trailer and scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Paper bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, address, project name, and bid opening date and time marked on the outside. All documents in the bid packet must be signed, dated, and notarized where applicable, or the bid may be disqualified. Bids will be accepted via the specified electronic portal or by paper delivery and must be received by the specified office prior to the deadline for consideration. Bids sent by any other means will not be considered. Bidders must acknowledge and comply with all tax obligations and ensure that their Business & Occupation Tax status is current, as no contract or purchase will be awarded to a company whose tax status is delinquent.
