Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of but is not limited to the replacement of existing kitchen casework, countertops, and all associated work as shown on the drawings for a complete project. Contractors shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in the work being performed. Each bidder is required to purchase one set of project documents to ensure that they possess and maintain the most current and complete set of drawings, Project Manual, and addenda. Examination of Plans, Project Manual, and Addenda at plan rooms are not guaranteed to be the latest issues. Bidders may also examine bid documents at designated locations. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory prior to bidding, and can be scheduled through the designated contact.
