Remove existing roofing system in its entirety down to existing roof deck . 2. Install new modified bitumen roofing system with new insulation for Roof Section 2 (comprised of Roof 2, Roof 2A and Roof 2B). The square footage is listed on Drawing T0.01. 3. Refer to Drawings for scope of work regarding piping, vents, mechanical equipment, roof drains, expansion joints, roof edges, equipment curbs, roof ladder, and flashing. 4. Remove existing masonry and reinstall masonry after installing new through wall flashing as areas shown on the Drawings. 5.
