The City of Yuma requires the services of an engineer or architect to develop a series of standardized housing plan sets for public use in residential construction. In alignment with recent state legislation, municipalities are mandated to solicit and acquire pre-approved standard plans for various housing types, including accessory dwelling units, single-family homes, duplex units, and triplex units. The aim is to create a comprehensive library of architecturally diverse, code-compliant, and permit-ready plans that cater to Yuma's unique character, climate, and housing requirements. All respondents must register with the City's procurement portal to obtain documents and submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
