The proposed work consists of replacing headworks gates, installing stainless steel plates along the bottom of the headworks influent channels, replacing sludge and scum collection equipment in PC-208 and PC-204, replacing fine bubble diffusers in aeration basins, replacing aeration basin and final clarifier splitter box gates, and epoxy coating the aeration basin junction box and final clarifier splitter box at the Lakota Wastewater Treatment Plant, including all other necessary and appurtenant work, labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances. Mandatory apprentice labor hours of no less than 15% are required for this work. The owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest qualified, responsive bidder or to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and/or postpone award for forty-five calendar days from bid opening.
