The project consists of the GENERAL TRADES, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, CONTROLS and other related work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications at 210 South Second Street, Rockwell, IA 50469. More detailed descriptions and approximate quantities of materials and types of construction for which bids will be received are set forth in the Bidding Documents prepared by SitelogIQ, Inc., available for public examination at the District's Office Building. All proposals shall be made on official proposal forms provided by the Architect/Engineer and must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope, plainly identified and addressed to the West Fork Community School District. FAX and E-mail Bids will not be accepted. Each proposal must include a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or certified share draft in a separate sealed envelope marked "Bid Security," in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
