Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rockwell, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility and water / sewer project.
This project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform soil corrections, grading and utility improvements for a future building project. The scope involves excavating approximately 2,460 cubic yards of unsuitable materials, importing and placing approximately 2,460 cubic yards of fill material, constructing approximately 330 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole, one sanitary sewer service, approximately 350 linear feet of 8-inch water main, one new fire hydrant, and one new water service. Additional work includes erosion control and miscellaneous associated tasks, including cleanup.
