Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are sought for the Morrow-Cozaddale Road Bridge #43-5.97 Rehabilitation Project. Only ODOT prequalified contractors may submit bids. For types of work not covered by ODOT prequalification, a qualified contractor must still be selected. Subcontractors do not require prequalification. Each bid must list the full name of the individual or company submitting and be accompanied by either a bid bond matching the full amount of the bid or a certified check equaling ten percent of the bid. The bid guaranty must follow Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54, as either a certified check, cashier's check, letter of credit (revocable only by the Owner) for ten percent of the bid, or a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid. Upon contract execution, the successful contractor must file a performance bond for the contract amount. The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bids. This work consists of rehabilitating the existing bridge and completing the related roadway items along Morrow-Cozaddale Road. The project shall be as per plans and specifications as provided by the Warren County Engineer. The undersigned do hereby propose to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, etc., necessary to construct this project for the Warren County Engineer's Office. The above quotations to be in full force and effect for sixty (60) days after the date of opening bids. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing and addressed to: Dominic Brigano, Warren County Engineers Office, 210 West Main Street, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
