The project includes the replacement of all DDC components listed in the plans for 19 campus buildings. The new controllers shall communicate via a new BACnet-IP network installed as part of the work. Buildings where work will be performed include: Oakley Hall, University Services Building, Bryan Fine Arts, Bell Hall, Memorial Gym, Brown Hall, Prescott Hall, Ray Morris Hall (STEM Center), Matthews Daniel Hall, Derryberry Hall, Southwest Hall, Lewis Hall, Roaden University Center, Clement Hall, Academic Wellness Center (AWC), Pennebaker Hall, Jere Whitson Building, Bartoo Hall, and Military Science Building (ROTC). Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee.
