Site work for a civil project in Village of Golf, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Village of Golf (Village) is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Bidders to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform the Potable Well No. 3 Replacement work on the water treatment plant property. Bidder shall furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, materials, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, taxes, bonds, and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit and other incidentals necessary to perform the Work, as shown on the construction drawings and associated technical specifications. The project overview is as follows: Site: Village of Golf Water Treatment Plant Construction drawings and technical specifications for Potable Well No. 3: Prepared by Mock Roos are included in this Project Manual. Project Description: The following Project description is for general information only and should not be construed to be a complete description of all Work required. References should be made to the construction drawings and technical specifications, along with General Conditions. The Village is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Village has undertaken a project to improve various aspects of the existing water treatment plant. The Bidder should read the entire document and all associated attachments to ensure all requirements are understood prior to bidding. The Bidder is responsible for familiarizing itself with existing field conditions and is encouraged to visit the project location. Bidder to furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct the improvements as described in the construction drawings and specifications prepared by MockoRoos, The Work to be completed shall generally include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. The Bidder is responsible for visiting the project site and familiarizing himself with the existing project conditions and project requirements prior to submitting their bid. The Bidder should contact the Village Clerk to arrange for a site visit. 2. The Bidder is responsible to document the existing site conditions via taking photographs and video before and after construction. 3. The work shall cause minimal disruption and be performed in an expedited, highly coordinated manner by the Bidder. 4. The Bidder shall be solely responsible for all construction sequencing. 5. Execute the Work in accordance with the latest applicable Village requirements and ordinances (noise, construction hours, dust control, etc.) 6. Maintenance of traffic in accordance with Village requirements, restoration in accordance with the Village standards, coordination with property owners as required, and any other items depicted on the drawings and described in these documents and referenced materials. 7. Prior to construction, the Bidder shall be responsible for determining the location, depth, and connectivity of all existing utilities, whether shown on the Construction Drawings or not. Bidder shall protect and support all existing utilities. 8. Attend Village Council meetings and/or workshops to discuss project construction progress as required. 9. The Bidder shall obtain all required necessary permits required to execute the Work. 10. The Bidder shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. Funds for this project are anticipated to be derived from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. Therefore, the successful Bidder must comply with all applicable state and federal guidelines. The loan funds are appropriated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The successful Bidder shall be obligated to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including the FDEP loan terms and FDEP Supplemental Conditions. Inquiry Deadline. Any and all inquiries regarding this ITB or the Project must be directed in writing, by US mail, fax, or email to the Village Clerk as indicated in this ITB. All questions or inquiries must be received no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the Bid Submittal Deadline.
