A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Village of Golf (Village) is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Bidders to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform Raw Watermain and Watermain improvements at the Village of Golf Water Treatment Plant site and within Delray Dunes, and Wastewater Forcemain improvements within the Golf Road right-of-way. Funds for this project are anticipated to be derived from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. Therefore, the successful Bidder must comply with all applicable state and federal guidelines. The loan funds are appropriated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The successful Bidder shall be obligated to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including the FDEP loan terms and FDEP Supplemental Conditions.
