Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodland, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Woodland is requesting qualifications and performance information from consulting firms with expertise in Civil, Mechanical, and Structural Engineering Design, including Contractor Bid Document Preparation and Selection, for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Biosolids Tank Project. The City will reserve the right to retain Consultant Services for future project phases (CM&I). The City reserves the right to amend terms of this request of qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Key tasks for services as the City's engineer for this project: Professional services in connection with but not limited to design, permitting, bid documents, and contractor selection. The proposed project includes construction of a 297,000 gallon aerated solids holding tank, site grading, paved parking and access, storm piping, sanitary sewer force main, electrical, telemetry and instrumentation, as well as site restoration.
