The San Lorenzo Unified School District seeks proposals for Wide Area Network services for E-Rate Funding Year 2026. The District comprises seventeen facilities, including the District Office, and requires a fully managed private WAN with the following connections: 1000 Mbps to 10 sites, 2 Gbps to 6 sites, and 20 Gbps to the District Offices (Data Center). Additionally, a 10 Gbps connection is needed from the District Offices (Data Center) to the internet service provider at 313 W. Winton Avenue, Hayward, CA 94544. The contract covers July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the San Lorenzo Unified School District Purchasing Department. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and criminal background investigation/fingerprinting certification. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any proposal. Any proposer may withdraw their proposal before the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
