As of April 21, 2026, the project was awarded to Frontline General Engineering Construction Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,463,011.53. The scope of work consists of the replacement of the existing lunch quad paving with new 6" concrete and rebar at 12" O.C.E.W. over compacted existing subgrade, along with replacement of the domestic water supply line and the repair/replacement of broken and older sewer lines at the Quad area. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked, and delivered to the specified location. Bids received after the specified time may be rejected. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference for site and document familiarization; failure to attend may disqualify the bidder. All bid forms must be completed, signed, and submitted. Bidders must not withdraw their bids for sixty calendar days following the receipt of bids. The successful bidder must provide payment and performance bonds from a qualified surety. The project requires payment of prevailing wages and adherence to all applicable labor code provisions. Bidders and all subcontractors must be registered as Department of Industrial Relations contractors and comply with all related requirements. The contract is subject to prequalification and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. Bidders must possess an "A" License, current at the time of bid submission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any items, or waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process.
