Renovations to the J.E. Fritz Elementary School Sealed bids are invited for Renovations to the J.E. Fritz Elementary School located at 845 Hornig Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Bids will be received for the following contracts: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction, Food Service Construction, Roofing Construction, and Asbestos Abatement. The Conestoga Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities and bid securities as may be deemed to be in its best interests and to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law. The WORK to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing flooring materials, fitting insulation (mastic or mud), window glazing and sink undercoating at J.E. Fritz Elementary School, to support the renovations to the existing building.
