The scope of work includes civil and structural engineering work - six packages: - Package 1: Replacement of perimeter drainage and insulation, and addition of a drainage system under the gymnasium slab - Marc-Aurèle Fortin School; - Package 2: Replacement of perimeter drainage - Notre-Dame-du-Sourire Elementary School; - Package 3: Replacement of perimeter drainage - Coeur-Soleil School; - Package 4: Replacement of perimeter drainage - Des Ormeaux School; - Package 5: Renovation of stormwater drainage at Le Charpentier Training Centre; - Package 6: Replacement of perimeter drainage - Le Tandem School, Pavilion 1. TIMELINE: Process of the request for proposals from professional consulting firms for design services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in early summer. Timelines of the project development will be finalized after design consultants award. Further update at that time.
