Conditions: only tenderers having their principal place of business in Québec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract in Québec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who hold the required licence under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1). The bidder must obtain tender documents on its own behalf through the SEAO site and bids must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The tender must be accompanied by a tendering guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the tender, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening the tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee of the same value or by a performance bond equivalent to an amount of 50% of the awarded contract value.
