Summary description of the construction work required: This call for tenders aims to find a CONTRACTOR capable of carrying out work to replace the perimeter drain, including the addition of a pump and waterproofing the school's foundations. Structural repairs and mould decontamination are required in the crawl space. Excavation work must take into account the necessary measures to protect nearby trees. Archaeological excavations are also planned during the excavation work, and all measures and installations must be provided for in order to carry out these excavations.
