The City seeks one or more qualified firms to provide as-needed professional services including civil, architectural, structural, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and geotechnical engineering; landscape architecture; surveying; CEI; transportation analysis; stormwater and utility design; construction support; planning; mapping; and GIS services. Work will be assigned by Task Order and negotiated in accordance with the CCNA. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, the time and date of the opening. It shall be the bidders' responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address at the appointed time. The City of Crestview reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. No pricing or rate information shall be submitted.
