The AYER HOUSING AUTHORITY invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Paving and Accessibility Improvements at State Aided Development: Isaac Lane (705-1), Isaac Lane, Ayer, MA 01432 and Silas Nutting Grove (667-1), 18 Pond Street, Ayer, MA 01432. The Project consists of reconstruction of existing driveways, parking areas, and HMA & concrete walkways, as well as proposed electrical and drainage work at the 667-1 Pond Street and 705-1 Isaac Lane Developments and all other work as specified in the Contract Documents. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
