Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

This project consists of installing a traffic signal pole and RRFB system across SW Fairlawn Rd, south of the intersection of SW 19th Ter. Additionally, there is a small quantity of sidewalk, ramp, and curb & gutter to replace and make ADA compliant. Bid items and quantities include: one flashing beacon system (solar), 100 linear feet of white 24-inch pavement marking (thermoplastic), 25 square feet of remove and replace 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 121 square feet of remove and replace sidewalk ramp, 28 linear feet of remove and replace curb and gutter, and traffic control.
