Some of these include on SW Topeka Boulevard, SW Fairlawn Road, as well as in North Topeka and elsewhere. The majority are expected to be completed by this year. Here's what to know about those major projects and when you can expect them to be complete. ______________________ This project consists of installing a traffic signal pole and RRFB system across SW Fairlawn Rd, south of the intersection of SW 19th Ter. Additionally, there is a small quantity of sidewalk, ramp, and curb & gutter to replace and make ADA compliant. Bid items and quantities include: one flashing beacon system (solar), 100 linear feet of white 24-inch pavement marking (thermoplastic), 25 square feet of remove and replace 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 121 square feet of remove and replace sidewalk ramp, 28 linear feet of remove and replace curb and gutter, and traffic control.
