The St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District") is seeking bids from qualified Suppliers for the purchase of approximately 13,000 tons of road base material to refurbish the Fellsmere Water Management flood protection levee for a total of approximately 12.5 miles. The District will provide the trucking. The District intends to award and issue a purchase order to one Supplier capable of delivering the materials requested in this solicitation. The Purchase Order shall serve as the Agreement between the District and the awarded Respondent. Interested, qualified respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
