The intent of this contract is to provide means for the Department to quickly respond to unexpected safety and or operational issues for a period of 730 days or until the contracted amount has been reached. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the work plan, specifications, procedures, and terms of the contract. The work under this contract will be controlled by the issuance of work documents. Contract work documents will identify the location, description, amount of work to be accomplished, and the number of calendar days to complete the work. The budgetary ceiling for this contract is 1,000,000 dollars. All work documents will include mobilization compensation that will account for 10 percent of the final document costs per the contract specifications. No Pre-Bid Conference. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year.
